Hi, I'm Shannon and I live in Largs, North Ayrshire.

I’m originally from Dumfries & Galloway where my first job was in a children’s tourist attraction that specialises in chocolate making, chocolate workshops, and even inspired me to go onto study Events Management at college!

In 2022 I moved to North Ayrshire, and during 2024, I decided to get back into chocolate making.

As well as chocolate making, I work full-time in admin. My hobbies also include sailing, and playing in a pipe band, too!
